A former employee has one of our e mail accounts forwarded to his cell phone. How do I turn this off? I am using outlet express 6

On the one account that I have this on it's more of a function of the email provider than the program on the computer.

You need to log in to the account on your ISP's website and change the setting that is forwarding the mail.

I have looked on the ISP website and also on my PC and cannot find where it is being forwarded from. My ISP tec support said it was not being done from their site. I looked on the PC under TOOLS, ACCOUNTS, MAIL and it does not show it being forwarded. Does anyone know where I can look next?

If the employee had access to a computer at your place of business and you use Outlook Express, he could set up a rule to forward email from his outlook express account at work to his cell-phone. If you know which computer it was, delete his OE account. If he had access to any computer, then it may be a little more difficult tracking it down.
