Outlokk Express

    When I click on Outlook Express a box come up and has to do with identities. I put my current isp password in but have no other ones.
    How do I bypass this box so I can set yup an account. I went to the box next to add/remove and checked and unchecked but the box still appears.
    My desktop was fine but the laptop only has this i.d. box.
