outlook 07 data file did not close properly

    I recently moved to vista and 07. every time I open outlook a message apears sying I a data file did not close properly.

    thanks, I'm looking for the folder Outlook 12 for the file scanpst.exe. I have neither one. I've been looking to see if I should download the file and where. Does anyone have a suggestion? Should I download and run this if it's not installed?
