Outlook 07 keeps sending the same message

Hi all. Just installed Office Pro 07 on my XP Home. When I send a msg without an attachment - no probs. When I send an attachment like a pdf or word doc, it seems to stay in the Outbox, but the recipient gets the msg dozens of times. Obviously, I only press send once and also there is no sent copy in the Sent Items box. Mmmm. Puzzling and frustrating at the same time. One of my work recipients called to say my 75 msgs was holding up his server!

 

Do you get any error messages at all?

Do you have any peripherals such as a Blackberry synched with the computer that are capable of emailing too?

What outgoing email AV are you using? If Norton, uncheck the option to scan outgoing emails and see if this resolves the problem.

Ran Outlook diagnostics and now sorted - don't know what the problem was, but thanks anyway.
