Outlook '07

im having two problems with outlook '07 first and probably simple is how do I get my preview pain back, instead of having to double click each e-mail I used to have a column on the right that showed me the email if I just highlighted it. Next is probably a software and MS problem. But it always restarts and sends me an error message and gives me a duplicate of every email each time right now I have 80 emails but 10 of each one because it keeps doing this and sending me another one of the same.
