Outlook 16 Password/username

    My Outlook 16 is again asking for my PW/user name every few minutes
    I have this problem every few months. I am starting to run out of passwords/username and tiring of having to reset new ones constantly
    Is this conducive to Outlook or is there a glitch I should look for or an action I can take to stop this??
