outlook 2000 images

does anyone know how to fix the problem that when i receive e-mail some images do not appear, i only get the little red box in upper left corner. machine is running xp pro. thanks

i think so, as i do receive html emails, could you point me to where i can check this out don't see anything relevent in tools/ options. thanks internet options?

 

i think i fixed

by changing security zones and allowing word to be e-mail editor, i'll see if office security updates override my changes
