Outlook 2002

Hello,

I have been in contact with some outlook problems as of late and cannot find any way to solve them. The problem is this:

I cannot create new tasks in outlooks agenda. However I can do this via PC and special online services provided. It has been tested on different computers and we find that the trouble is limited to that account only. However creating a new account is not an option.

Any help is appreciated.
