   I installed Office 2003 and Outlook 2003. Now when it checks email it keeps asking for my password each time. Any clues why it does this?

   If you goto Tools > Options > Mail Setup > E-Mail Accounts > View or Change Existing Email accounts > Next > highlight your account and click change then put a tick in the remember password box but remember to make sure you have typed your password in the box above, once done click next > finish.
