Ive got an issue with a users shared contact list within 2003. At the moment the contact list is stored a shared folder called public folder however the user wants it to accessable vie the folder list in the navation pane without having to browse through all the files within the public folder.
If i simply drag the list out it becomes local to the users mail box and stops getting updated by other people. I know i can create a shortcut which will be stored within the shortcuts tab of the navation pane but the user is used to 2002 and very unwilling to accept change is there anyway to get a shortcut for this contact list into the users mailbox in the folder list view of the navation pane in 2003 or have a shortcuts bar down the left hand side as in 2002 ???
Any Advice would be great !! Thanks

we are runing exchange 2003, we have a global address list already for the company. The contacts list is only really used by one person but is updated by a few other people. It would be really simple to link too using the menu styles of 2003. what im really trying to do is make it appear like 2002 or simply copy a shortcut to the folder list in navagation pane for the user so he doesnt have to browse to the contact list.
