Outlook 2003 wierdness

    So I have a couple of users setup in exchange and everytime they go to open Outlook 2003, it hangs on "Configuring Outlook Account". It will not go past there. Had them try on a different workstation and they get the same issue. I have checked the settings and everything on the account is correct. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
