Outlook 2003

I have a user here, The can recieve attachments in outlook 2003 if a new email is sent to them, but if a message with an attachment is forwarded the email arrives to them without the attachment. I have scoured the MSKB and googled for it. This happens no matter who sends the emails to him. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

I think it's part of Outlook's security as it generally blocks attachments as a precaution.

That doesn't explain why he can receive attachments in new emails, but not forwarded one, but anyway,

I'm sure there is a setting in Tools, Options, but I don't have 2003 to check.
