    How do i make outlook automatically update incoming and outgoin' email with out me having to press the send/receive button? Thanks

    Open Outlook, go to Tools, Options, Mail Setup tab, click Send/Recieve....

    Under "Setting for all Group Accounts" you can schedule an automatic send/receive.

    Insomniac's suggestion should work. -it should setup this option by default on installation though ... -you could always try reinstaling; if Insomniac's suggestion doesnt work.
