   when i go to write a new email my font is helena and white, how do i make it come up as automatic or black and times new roman or arial...? i tried to go to mail settings but everything there seems normal... thank you

   If you goto Tools > Options > Mail Format and first untick Use Word as Email Editor and under Stationary click Fonts > Next to When Composing New Message click Choose Font and pick your Font and Colour then click OK > Apply
