Outlook 2007 issue

Dear all,
Dont know if this is the right section for this. My issue is with outlook 2007. When im sending mails from my outlook to another mail account, the mails are received successfully. but when i reply back to my outlook account, in the send/receive progress, it shows that messages are received, but no mails in the inbox, neither in any of the other folder.

Kindly advise as what might be wrong here. I tried reinstalling Office, but still the same issue. When i send a test mail to itself i.e. to outlook account, mails are received. Means internally everything is working fine, just that im not able to receive mails from outside.
