"E-mail addresses and domain names in the Safe Senders List are never treated as junk e-mail, regardless of the content of the message."

That is from the Microsoft support site. I have noticed that this is not true - a 'safe sender' can still get filtered if they have an attachment. My junk email filtering setting is at Low - I'd rather not turn it off completely just because Outlook doesn't follow its own filtering rules.

Has anyone dealt with this before? I'm stuck with Outlook at work, unfortunately, and it would be nice if I could reduce the amount of frustration it gives me.

    Thanks.

Edit: Oops, I screwed up the labels, and now I can't fix it.

Also, anyone know how to search the forum with multiple, required search parameters? I couldn't figure out how to search for "Outlook Safe Senders List" without getting every Outlook thread.
