Outlook 2007 Trial

Hello Forum. I downloaded Office pro 2007 trial and used the outlook for my e-mails which i found great. Here comes my problem,the trial ran out and I started using my old windows mail account but can anyone advise how the hell do i copy or import all my saved mail and contacts in the outlook 2007 account over into my original windows mail account. windows vista user.:-o

 

Might want to try this in software section as well.

I got it fixed, windows mail let me import all my files but it duplicated all the files so now i have two of everything. I then had to mess about with the mail accounts, outlook received mails but wouldnt let me send and windows mail would let me send but not receive but i imported the account settings and it sorted it. I think iam going to treat myself to an IT course at my local college.
No more freebie trials for me.:-o
