Outlook 2007 will not open suddenly

I get an error message that says "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window." I can attach a picture, if you want. But that is all that is says. I was using Outlook just fine a few hours ago and now it won't open. I tried restarting my computer, I tried doing a system restore twice. It won't open still. Help.

Have you tried Safe Mode?
Start -> Run -> Outlook.exe /safemode

 

Thank you for your response, but neither one of these worked. I tried to do the commands from RUN and this is the message I got (attached), then when tried doing "outlook.exe/safemode" I got the same message but instead it said it couldn't fine that either.

 

"outlook.exe{SPACE}/safemode" try again ^_^

 

Yeah, try with the space between Outlook.exe and the "/switch"

It worked! The "space" made all the difference in the world!! I went back and re-tried the recommendation of the website that plodr posted "outlook.exe /resetnavpane" and it worked. Thank you for your help!! )
