Outlook 2007 wont recieve

    Hello,

    Outlook 2007 installed on Windows Xp machine. Will not receive emails but will send. The user is able to check her emails via the web mail client and both send and receive work fine. any suggestions?

    Check the POP server, port, and authentication settings.

    yes it is activated and it was working fine for weeks up until a day ago.

    Start looking at the POP settings, and take a look at the antivirus settings too.

    If the AV filters mail, and it breaks, so does your email abilities.
