Outlook 2010- Sorting sent folder

Just installed Outlook 2010 (was using 2003). I had my sent folder set up (in 2003) so it would be in date order but I could see the name of the person the email was sent to. Now all I see is my name as the sender. How do I get the emails in the sent folder to be shown with the person I sent to and also in order by date?

One correction, it is not my sent folder, it is sub folders of sent I have created for each customer.

 

Goto the top of the list on the column headers and right click, then choose "view Settings".

Next, click on the button "columns" and then from there you can select the columns to display and move the order in how they are displayed. hope this helps.
