Outlook 2016 On Fritz Again

Getting tired of Outlook and its glitches
Once again I am unable to receive email, and I get an error message asking for name and password. I have had to change the PW several times over the period of some months as the infor shows but for whatever reason no incoming messages come through.
What a revoltin' development this is. Anyone have any thoughts as to what is causing this crap?

 

After unsuccessfully checking for a response to my question (Outlook on Fritz), and still having no current incoming email, I signed out of email and went on to other matters. A short time later I closed all active work, and turned to other work
I signed back onto my computer a short time ago, and found the glitch on Outlook 16 had 'unglitched, and Outlook 16 had caught up.
I tried to find solutions to this, but since I do not speak or read Swahili or whatever techno-babble language the answer was in, I have just accepted the fact that as of now my email is current {knock on wood}
