    Greetings all:
I have seen various posts similar to this but have not found a real solution yet.

So, initially, it was just the MS Teams that kept crashing and needing to be restarted. Then, my Outlook followed suit. At first it was occasionally but after time it has become a daily requirement that I reboot my system as I am not able to bring up the login window for Outlook once it declares the need for the password (not sure why).

I have tried several things: removing and reinstalling MS Office/Outlook; deleting my Outlook profile(s) and letting them repopulate; removing my system profile and re-logging in; changing password - everything short of wiping the hard drive and reloading everything from the ground up.

The last time I reformatted and reinstalled was Nov 2021 and in Feb 2022, I switched from Outlook/Office 2010 to the 2021 version. This password issue started this past Feb and, as noted, it was more just a glitch with the MS Teams program at first.

I think when this started to really "flare up" was when Microsoft started making changes to their MS 365 platform - unless that is just coincidence.

I have gone into the Azure Directory (for other reasons) and noticed that under My Devices my profile for this particular system is flagged as "non-compliant" and gave serious thought to deleting that and trying to fix it there but I saw other users who were also "non-compliant" but they were not having the same issues with password.

So, in short, it is now really starting to p* me off.
Is there an fairly straight-forward fix to this matter?
Any advise or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Usually we just use Credential Manager, clear that and log off and back on...

Thanks, I will give that a shot.

After posting the original comment, I found a rather in depth thread on the MS Forum about this sort of thing going all the way back to 2019. In several of those comments they also referred to the CM as well as doing what I have done.
