outlook and exchange rool out

hi all i just got an offer to work for the state for 3 months. its for a major rollout migrating windows server 2003 and exchange 2003 tho i have lots of computer experience i never did a roll out before i have 12 hours before i have to call the county and need help BIG TIME i need the job any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks for the quick reply kodo the e-mail i recived just says that they are migrating to windows server 2003 and exchange 2003 i don't have any more info as yet i would imangine from 2000 rough situation if i ask them to many questions right now i blow the chance of getting the job any help would be wellcome

If you've never done a rollout before then be VERY prepared for issues to pop up.
Just when you think things are going smoothly, something will happen to muck it up.

How many servers, how many locations, and how far apart? How many agencies? Get an overall plan for the rollout in advance of your actuall arrival. Just asking the questions will give a good first impression.

Hint: Try to use punctuation in your coorespondence with them.
