outlook auto mail

hey im trying to set something up at work where a file that every day saves to my hd as a html doc will be emailed to myself so i can get it from home but i can't install anything since its at work, we use outlook 2007 is there a way to make outlook do that?

 

you could try adding your home email address to the distribution list and right click the file then select "compress and email"

the only problem i see is that you may need admin rights to add yourself to the distribution list but here's how to do it.

thats not exactly what im looking, i can make an email send itself everyday but i can't make the attachment that im sending update to the new version, the file is reloaded everyday with an updated file and i want to make it send to myself with the updated file
