I have this contact in my address book which I cannot delete.

You can't, because it is set by Microsoft. It really is supposed to be a hidden address, not to be seen by you.

I also imported contacts from Gmail to Outlook.com and ones I want to delete won't do so. I imported all of them hoping to clean up duplicates.
The contacts even went to my Live Mail contacts and doubled up there.
I have some sorting to do but I'll get it done.

It bothers me that some of the Outlook.com contacts cannot be deleted. I read it takes up to 24 hours, so I will see in a day or two.

I have reason for a couple of addresses and it causes issues but I need them for reasons.

I found something strange;

When I look at my inbox I see," i don't see what the big deal is, microsoft has an address in your book of which you can't delete, so what.

However, when I click to get to MGs and am at the site, I do not see it. Perhaps it was deleted by Mods due to its rough edges.

 

At first I was offended but replied with a light innuendo.

I did not think the message was inline with the level of integrity here at MGs which I have been a member for years.
I have friends and acquaintances here and politeness has always been a priority.

I give the Moderator/owner credit for his scrutiny and decision; it makes it a nicer place for all to visit and share.
