outlook.com

Outlook.com isn't working right.
When I click the reply button it does not always appear and forward is not functioning.
This on both desktop and laptop.
I recently installed SAS and SpywareBlaster.
I removed both from the desktop but Outlook.com still is not working as it should.
Is anyone else having this trouble?

 

You know that Reply, Reply All, and Forward are on the same drop-down menu when you click on the drop-down arrow on the right side of the Reply button, right?

What happens?

Yes I have been using these buttons successfully for some time now.
When I use FF it is ok but it is MSIE 10 that has issues.
With explorer, I click on reply and nothing happens. It does not drop down to show forward either.
I apologize for omitting the browsers . It was a poor oversight.
I doubt I should reset explorer if it is occurring on both pcs which are almost identical - or maybe I should?

Sorry, I don't have any ideas about what's causing that. It works for me in IE10. Let's see whether other members have some thoughts on this.

I wanted to let the forum know my issue appears resolved.
I wrote to Outlook.com "help" "feedback" and told them about this.
Apparently they attended to it.
