I have a user who received a new PC and then complained that their resolution was too small. Our Help Desk then changed their resolution to 800 x600 and made some other display changes (which they can't remember anymore). Now the user's Outlook display settings are extrememly large, but just in the right pane where you see all the messages. The folder list is normal size. It's very strange. I'm thinking something got changed in Outlook, but I can't seem to find anything. Any ideas? Using Outlook 2K3, and Win 2K. Thanks.

Click View, Arrange By, and Custom. Click Other Settings to change the Column Font and Row Font options (used in the message list display). Click Automatic Formatting on the Custom menu to set detailed font options; this selection is useful for changing the look of new or unsent messages.
