I am trying to find a way to duplicate in MS Outlook the facility that I have in Eudora whereby I am able to save "master" emails as "stationery" (with all applicable attachments) which I can then use to send to recipents without haveing to retype the same emails over and over again.

Outlook seems to only allow me to save ONE such "draft" and every time I amend it to something different the previous one is lost.

Any experience Outlook users out there with an answer.

I need this for the office where we use Outlook (not Outlook Express).

    Hi

The option to do this in Outlook just has a different term in "templates" used for the same function on Eudora's "stationary" for saving these pre-created emails.

Which Office Outlook version you using?

But the instructions for all versions are similar to this http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA010917681033.aspx

I have Outlook 2007 and do it slightly different in creating a new folder in the drafts folder of Outlook called templates and saving any created templates ( you can have multiple templates BUT I do also save many pre-created as drafts.

On the draft and only one being saved, have you renamed the draft emails to be a brief description of what they are over just using the same name in draft? call them things like Sales, Reply etc etc
