Outlook Errors: 0x800ccc60 and 0x800ccc13

I have a client who is receiving outlook errors all of a sudden. Nothing has recently changed on her system so I can't explain it.

She can receive email, however, she can not send anything from within Outlook 2000.

Please Help!

 

have you tried recreating the account? (with out deleting the old one)..

See if that works.

You might also try running repair on Office.

Yes, I've seen these too. It doesn't help me though. Her modem works fine, it's just within Outlook.

 

what Operating system is she using?

Hi I'm having the same problem, I tried absolutely everthing including speaking to my ISP's technical dept. Googled to your post and see you found a solution. Can you tell me what to look for and how to fix it?
