outlook express blocks mail... why....

Hi

We just switched from cox to comcast and are still using cox as our outlook pop mail.

The last 3 days avg antivirus keeps sending a msg that most e mails can not be sent.

I removed avg from my pc and outlook would still block most e mails.

I removed spam filter from comcast and set the security lower.

It will send cox to cox but blocks hotmail, yahoo and other servers for no apparent reason. I figure it has to something with comcast but they say no.

Your thoughts please

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this outlook 6 blocking problem?

Open OE, go to Tools, Message Rules, Mail, Blocked Senders List. Uncheck what you want to uncheck.

 

Some ISPs do not allow emails to be sent using other's networks. In this case COX might not be accepting a connection to its servers from Comcast.
