Outlook Express Mail Rule

I'm tryin to figure out a problem that I'm having with Outlook Express 6.
its forwarding every new message to an email address. I went to message rules, mail. and I found that it had a new mail rule to forward it all to an email address.

Now heres my big problem, It won't let me remove or modify the mail rule at all. the boxes for remove and modify are grayed out.

I'm thinking a virus of some sort, I'v searched McAfee's, Nortons and Microsofts site for info, came up empty.

computer is running Windows XP sp2, Nortons Internet security (which is up to date and I have run a full system scan) Outlook Express 6, IE6

 

Neither Modify nor Remove look greyed out to me...

 

that screen shot was taken off my laptop, I'm having the problem with it on my desktop one. which I didnt have the abilty to be at right now.

 

Can U untick the box and then click Apply if Apply is not greyed out??
Also have you checked your system for Ad/Malware using SpyBot or Ad-Aware?

also I'v run Ad-Aware

I'm goin to try running McAfee's online virus scan tonight if i can get to it and see if it finds anything.
