Outlook Express Not Showing All Emails in Folder

I have a folder in OE that is over 29MB but in OE it shows only 4 emails (no attachments). There sued to be over 400 emails in that folder.

I didn't do any compaction or anything like that.

I was using OE to transfer an email account from one email provider to another. I set up an IMAP account in OE connected to provider A and synchronized all the folders into OE.

I created the same folder structure in provider B and was copying all emails, folder by folder from A to B.

Suddenly I saw that nearly all the emails that were in that one folder were gone. Like I said the .dbx file for that folder is over 29MB so there is something more than 4 emails in it.

Is there some repair facility or something?
