Outlook Express problem

    I get mail from a friend who uses Earthlink. Whenever there are pictures included, all I get is the red X. I have tried to do what the instructions say but can never get the pictures to appear. I do not have this problem with any mail from other sources. Is this a problem with Earthlink?
