Outlook Express Problem!

First off i have 3 identities on Outlook Express 6. On 2 of the identities the emails download just fine. On the other one it keeps downloading the same 36 messages over and over and it will not download the rest of the 275 emails. It has downloaded the same 36 emails about 10 or so times, but will not download the rest. Please help! I use windows me os.

 

See if you isp offers a webmail, in which you can delete any large emails or remove anything that may be jaming up your outlook.
