Outlook Express Shutting Down!

Greetings all!

Actually, this is a question for my wife. She knows that ya'll helped me out with a lot of issues, and hopes you can help her with this one.

She uses Outlook Express for all her mailings. She's also a custom stationary "collector". She has a TON of 'em!

Anyway, just recently when she tries to start a new message using one of these custom stationaries, OE automatically closes down. She told me that she went through and scanned all of them with Norton and none of them are infected. We also ran a Norton full system scan and found a few "medium risk" threats, basically just adware. So I don't think it's that.

Any suggestions what's causin OE to shut down?
