Can I save my emails as a whole, (like my inbox), or must I save them one at a time. I need to transfer them to a new computer.

Find out where Outlook Express saves its files. Menu>Tools>options>maintenance>store folder.

They are called .dbx files. Copy them and paste them into the folder in your new computer where the existing .dbx files are. You will be overwriting some standard (empty) files like inbox.dbx as well as adding any new subfolder you may have created in your original computer like project.dbx

When you start up outlook experess in your new computer all your email and folders should be there.

    Good luck
