outlook express

just recently had my computer re-formatted due to the unbelievable
number of viruses, etc. on it--
need to know how to get 'Outlook Express' mail thingie back on--
am a NOVICE, so i need very detailed instructions--

Besides having had your disk formatted what programs have you re-loaded ie is OE already there but you need to set it up again, or have you got nothing bar an Operating system.

 

it has 'Windows XP' on it--
outlook express is on the computer, and i can
click on it to get it started--just don't know how
to fill it out to get it up and running so i can use it--

What is your ISP? I.E. Internet Service Provider.?

Typically they have step by step instructions to get your email program up and running.

to set up outlook express--this is the error message i keep getting--

i have windows xp, and i'm connected to the internet
using dsl--my address has 'swbell.net' in it--
