I have about a million Outlook Express emails on my old computer pertaining to my hobby, genealogy. Is there anyway to copy and burn the email files onto a cd and then transfer them to my new computer? It would take me forever to print them all out. Does anyone know the exact file where the emails are stored on the harddrive of the old computer? Or is this possible?

search your drive for *.DBX those are your mailbox files.. copy them to your xp box in a location that LOOKS like this.

    C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{EDF428B2-D362-4965-8E65-0836A8B14C40}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\

you can copy the old ones to the new computer and overwrite the .DBX files that are on the new computer with out any problems.
