Outlook express

I know that outlook express is very old but my friend still uses it and has a problem .
She set up an account and that workwed fine on Hotmail .
She then set up another account using the account control New option and put in all the details .
The 2nd account is the problem account in that it is not showing as a name on the list of accounts on the side bar , although it is showing the emails it has been sent on list of e-mails ,Is it that she has set up the 2nd account without a header name and it is treating it as a sub account of the first account and that is why you can see the e-mail from 2nd account in first accounts name account ( i think that makes sense )
If she has done that how do i link a name on the sidebar to the account so that it shows up as a sperate accounts name , or do you think i should start again and create a account using the wizard.
