Outlook express

    My B/F has outlook express with windows ME his outlook is freezing up and will not let him get his mail .. Mine was getting bad to so i switched but there must be something we can do ... it is version 6

    A more descriptive post might help: what/when/where is the error? -any recently installed programs? -has he tried the the general steps of scanning for viruses/apyware?
