    Hi,
Trying to set up an outlook express acount and its asking me what my incoming mail (POP3) server is and what my outgoing mail (smpt) server under account properties. Does anyone know what i have to enter under these sections to allow my account to operated properly. I am currently using DSL broadband AOL.

Go to your ISP. Looks like it is AOL. Search around there. They should have that info there. When you find it write it down for next time.

if your in the uk you need 'imap.uk.aol.com' for incoming
    and 'smtp.uk.aol.com' for outgoing

be sure to tell outlook express its an imap folder when asked.

To configure an AOL e-mail account in Outlook Express mail client - use the following incoming mail (POP3) server and outgoing mail (smpt) server:

In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP) server box, type imap.aol.com
In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type smtp.aol.com

You can use Outlook Express while keeping your AOL email address; since Outlook Express is a IMAP email client - OE can be your AOL email client, too.
