Outlook/hotmail problem help!!!

whenever i open microsoft out look on one of my computers it keeps getting error messages but not on any other computers in my house....we searched for viruses and stuff too. When we go to hot mail it says it cant locate the server. theses are the two messages:
1.Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://oe.hotmail.com/secure/hmdata', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Not Implemented', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC3E
2.Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://oe.hotmail.com/secure/hmdata', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Not Implemented', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC3E
they occur when i try to open up outlook please help me thank you.
