    Any ideas why my Outlook journal is not working like it's supposed to? I have all the automatic settings turned on, so when an email from a certain individual comes in, it's supposed to record it in Journal, but it's not happening. Any of the automatic tasks are not working like they are supposed to be. Only can do the manual stuff. Running WinXP with Outlook 2003. Thanks for any help.
