Outlook Live - Sent Items Disappeared From Folder

    Desparate for help if anyone can please.
    I tried using the recovery app and that didnt work. I let it run for around 8 hours and it was still retrieving emails. After that I give up and still cannot sort this problem.

    It seems to be something to do with an update Outlook did in the summer.
