Outlook on a schedule

Hello,

Lately when I click Send/Receive in Outlook the process completest without error. However, when I go onto webmail I see lots of messages that Outlook has not downloaded. About twice a day Outlook actually downloads the messages. Any clues?

open outlook, click tool, click options, click mail setup, push tab send and receive, adjust how often you want to check for mail.
this should solve the problem
