Outlook Password Requests

    I use Outlook 2002 for XP. I use two different SMTP/POP3 servers to get my email. And a couple times per day it asks me for the server name, username, and password. I put in the correct info for each server and check mark the "save password" option. Then I can send and rcv mail.
    But then it will happen again. Why isn't this information being saved?? And why does it keep coming up??
