   when opening Outlook I get an error stating:
   
   Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
   The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file
   c:\users\rich\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst
   
   Any advice on a utility that will fix this?
