Outlook rule with 2 aliases

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reading. I have a user with two aliases.

    We made an Outlook rule that email for the secondary alias would go to a specific folder which works just fine. Unfortunately, Outlook is resolving both aliases to the primary alias therefore BOTH aliases' email end up in the same folder.

    Any ideas?
