Outlook security issue

    I have an application that checks Outlook email for new messages and then retrives them. All was working well until the new Outlook update. Now we get this message:
    "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" and then gives you the option of yes, no and for how many minutes.
    Does anybody know how to solve this either with code or settings in Outlook?
    Thanks. The application is in VB.
