Outlook Sending Important Emails To Spam

Some time ago, I noticed several of my emails getting sent to the spam folder in outlook. The problem got worse over time and now even my amazon.com order confirmations are going to spam. I have cleared all of the rules and filters. Searched for answers and tried at least a half dozen things regarding spam filters in outlook. I have also tried clearing spam filters in Gmail, but to no avail.
Has anyone else experienced this? And PLEASE! How did you fix it?

 

I've had the same problem with the Outlook mail for some time now. Nearly every email goes in the junk folder. I've tried numerous times to fix it but nothing seems to help. I've given up and just check the junk folder numerous times daily.

Hopefully, someone has some insight into this problem.
